Ludhiana, October 16, 2024 (News Team): India’s leading telecom operator Vi has deployed the most efficient 900MHz spectrum on over 570 sites in 320+ towns of Punjab to enhance indoor coverage and call quality. Additionally, Vi has doubled spectrum capacity in the 2100MHz band to 10MHz on more than 600 sites across 520+ towns in the State. Vi has also doubled spectrum capacity in the 2500MHz Band to 20MHz on 640+ sites across 140+ towns. Additional deployment of 10MHz in the L2100 Band has been carried out on 1900+ sites in close to 1400 towns. With this upgrade, Vi customers in the districts of Firozpur, Moga, Sri Muktsar Sahib, Bathinda, Rupnagar, Faridkot and in towns like Nangal, Morinda, Anandpur Sahib, Bagha Purana and many more will experience superior indoor connectivity as well as faster data speeds on Vi GIGAnet.
